Global Enterprise Intelligence and Security Intelligence Solutions Provider to Relocate and Grow Office Space by More Than 35 Percent in Metro Atlanta
ALPHARETTA, GA – March 30, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — Verint® Systems Inc. has signed a new lease for 132,000 square feet of office space at 800 North Point Parkway in Alpharetta, Ga., announced commercial real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. Verint will relocate from its existing address in Roswell, Ga., marking an expansion of the company’s regional operations of more than 35 percent.
Peter Hamburger, Harlan Hollander and Walter Schoenberg of Cushman & Wakefield’s East Rutherford, N.J. office, and Sam Hollis and Ken Ashley of the firm’s Atlanta office represented Verint, a global leader in Enterprise Intelligence Solutions™ and Security Intelligence Solutions™. The ownership was represented by Wes Hardy of Duke Realty, which subsequently sold the building to Blackstone Real Estate Partners as part of a seven-market suburban office portfolio sale.
Located in suburban Atlanta, 800 North Point Parkway totals 172,000 square feet on four floors. Verint’s new space was formerly occupied by Alcatel-Lucent, which will consolidate its own operations to neighboring 900 North Point Parkway. Planned enhancements to the building by the new ownership include a new fitness center, upgraded café, and extensive lobby and common area renovations. Verint is expected to be fully in place in the new space by the end of 2012.
