Adventure Air Sports Bounces into Kennesaw’s Town Center Plaza

Atlanta, GA – (RealEstateRama) — March 30, 2017 — Adventure Air Sports, a state-of-the-art family entertainment center, has signed an eight-year lease at Town Center Plaza in Kennesaw, GA. It is the company’s first location in Georgia.

Town Center Plaza is a 226,962-square-foot, open-air shopping center anchored by Marshalls, HomeGoods and T.J.Maxx and occupied by a strong mix of national, high-profile fashion retailers. The center, located at 425 Ernest W Barrett Parkway, has been owned by Town Center Associates for over 30 years and is managed and Leased by JLL.

The center offers easy access to I-75 and I-575 and nearby retailers include Target, Costco, Bed Bath and Beyond, REI, Best Buy and Dick’s Sporting Goods.
Adventure Air Sports CEO and developer Chris Brown noted that bouncing is a low-impact exercise that can burn up to three times as many calories as jogging, and that the company strives to create an environment that can be enjoyed by participants of all ages.

The location, which adds 60 jobs to the local economy, hosts birthday parties, youth groups, dodgeball tournaments, corporate and team building events, and what it calls “Club Adventure,” a laser and black light filled evening with DJ music.
