WPM Commercial, an Atlanta-based investor and developer, said today it is marketing for sale a 220-acre tract entitled for up to 3,500,000 square feet of distribution and manufacturing space in Adairsville, Georgia.
Lee & Associates Negotiates 225,000 SF Industrial Lease
Torrance, CA - June 20, 2011 - (RealEstateRama) -- Craig Viergever, SIOR and Kurt Unger, CCIM, SIOR of Lee & Associates, the nation’s largest broker-owned commercial real estate services firm, represented Bagcraft Papercon in the lease of a 225,000-square-foot production facility at 6448 Best Friend Road in Norcross, Ga. The facility, situated on 11.75 acres, includes 13,000 square feet of office space and has a 30-foot clearance. Bagcraft and the landlord, Selig Enterprises, will retrofit the building to meet Bagcraft Papercon’s manufacturing specifications.
