Lee & Associates Names T. Richard Bryant Recipient of Leaders of Lee Award
ATLANTA – December 19, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — In recognition of over 34 years of commercial brokerage experience, T. Richard Bryant, president of Lee & Associates Atlanta, was one of the recipients of the 2013 Leaders of Lee award at the Lee broker’s summit, which was held recently in Las Vegas. The award was created to give recognition to those who have made exceptional contributions to the firm and the industry, as a whole.
Bryant has over 34 years of experience as an industrial real estate broker in Georgia. He formed Bryant Commercial Real Estate Partners in 2004, with the goal of creating a firm that provided the highest level of expertise and service in the Atlanta marketplace. Several years later, in 2010, Bryant Commercial Real Estate Partners merged with Lee & Associates to form the firm’s Atlanta office, where Bryant has served as president since. Prior to merging his company with Lee, Bryant served as president and CEO at Bryant & Associates, as well as chairman, president and managing director at Advantis/GVA Real Estate Services.
Bryant holds brokerage licenses in Georgia, North Carolina, Alabama and South Carolina and is a member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors, where he previously served as president of the Board of Directors in 1998. Additionally, he is involved with the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and serves on the Board of Advisors for the Atlanta Chamber of Commerce.”
