Torrance, CA – September 20, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — Lee & Associates, the nation’s largest broker-owned commercial real estate services firm, brokered the sale of a 38,976-square-foot truck terminal building at 4351 Thurman Road, Forest Park, Ga.

The building will be occupied by Cannon Express, an asset-based logistics provider who is relocating from 5075 Minola Drive in Lithonia, Ga. Rick Tumlin and Mike Sutter of Lee Atlanta represented the seller in this transaction. Thomas Wells with Keystone Development Services, LLC represented the buyer.
