Commercial Realtor Billy Spain Joins KW Commercial Realty
Atlanta, GA – July 14, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — Billy Spain, a commercial real estate professional previously with RE/MAX Commercial, has joined KW Commercial Realty North Atlanta, a division of Keller Williams Realty. Spain brings a team of five to this new real estate affiliation.

A native Atlantan and Forsyth County resident, Spain has 20 years experience in the real estate industry. He specializes in commercial and investment real estate, including sales, leasing, property management and consulting. Spain has extensive skills in site analysis, site planning, commercial buildings, zoning issues and land tract compilation all over metro Atlanta. His construction experience includes developing new home communities and light commercial projects.
Billy Spain also holds his broker’s license and completed the intensive requirements to hold the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. The CCIM is held by only 6 percent of the approximately 150,000 commercial real estate agents in the United States.
