ATLANTA, Nov. 26 /PRNewswire/ — Regent Partners, LLC announces the appointment of Kristi Torgler as Director of Sales & Marketing for the Atlanta-based real estate development, investment and services firm. Ms. Torgler joins Regent Partners from Julian LeCraw & Company, LLC. In her new position, Ms. Torgler will oversee all sales and marketing for Regent Partners residential development projects including SOVEREIGN, the 82 luxury homes that top 3344 Peachtree in Atlanta, and the 79 luxury homes that are part of the mixed-use development at the Westin Hotel in Alexandria, VA. In addition, she will direct sales and marketing for the residential components of other planned projects currently under development including those in Atlanta and Charleston. SC.

Ms. Torgler began her real estate career with Julian Le Craw & Company in 1993. During her 14 year tenure she held various residential management positions. She began in community management for apartments, and was subsequently promoted to an operations and marketing positions for condominium conversions and renovations. In 2003 she was appointed Director of Sales & Marketing for Julian Le Craw and successfully helped the company sell more than 1200 condominium homes.
