Pinnacle Hires Sharon Donley as Regional Property Manager

Multifamily Specialist Based in Atlanta

Atlanta, GA – April 10, 2015 – (RealEstateRama) — Pinnacle, one of the nation’s leading multifamily management firms, announced today that Sharon Donley joined the company as a Regional Property Manager. Based in Atlanta, she will focus on increasing revenue and building best-in-class teams for an initial portfolio of 7 assets totaling 2,000 units. Donley reports to Greg Mark, regional vice president of Pinnacle’s Southeast and Mid-Atlantic territories.

“Pinnacle’s portfolio in Georgia continues to diversify, adding property types that range from affordable and repositioned assets to luxury lease-ups. We need an individual who understands the variables associated with each,” said Mark. “Sharon’s background is very multi-faceted with a proven ability to manage large portfolios.”

Donley began her career in the multifamily industry over 25 years ago and has been dedicated to regional management for the past 15 years. She has overseen more than 67communities totaling around 22,000 units while working for firms such as Alliance Residential, Jupiter Communities, Signature Management, AIMCO, Berkshire Realty Holding and EPT Management Company. Bringing a strong knowledge of the Atlanta market to her new position, Donley has also supervised properties in 12 states outside of Georgia as well as Mexico.

Donley has experience in all phases of property management including transitions, due diligences, repositionings, lease-ups, conventional assets and tax credit communities. She holds a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation through the Atlanta Apartment Association with additional designations in South Carolina including a CAM, Certified Aging-In-Place Specialist (CAPS), and Property-Manager-In-Charge (PMIC).
