JLL Expands Retail Agency Leasing Team in Atlanta

Atlanta, GA – (RealEstateRama) — JLL Atlanta today announced two additions to the company’s Atlanta retail brokerage group. The firm has hired Coleman Morris as a Vice President and Jessica Condon as a Senior Associate. The additions are part of JLL’s continued retail brokerage growth in the Atlanta market.

Morris joins JLL to help expand the Retail Agency Leasing Team and brings with her a large, diverse portfolio of retail properties. Condon and Morris will work as a team focusing on open air retail developments and urban, street front retail with Morris being responsible for the overall development and execution of leasing strategies to maximize each client’s property’s full potential.

Prior to joining JLL, Morris was a Vice President/Principal at Colliers International where she oversaw a portfolio with over 3 million square feet. She brings fifteen years of experinece in the retail brokerage industry with expertise in leasing, consulting and development. Morris has also developed and maintains strong retailer relationships on national, regional and local levels and has represented a variety of clients ranging from local entrepreneurs, to multi-family residential developers, to institutional owners.
