Department’s Revocation of Mortgage Loan Originator License of Shalonne Freeman Becomes Final

Atlanta, GA – March 15, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — On March 13, 2013, the Georgia Department of Banking and Finance’s (“Department’s”) Notice of Intent to Revoke Annual License (“Notice”) issued to Shalonne Freeman, Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System number 195544, Georgia Mortgage Loan Originator License number 25624, located at 1396 Gray Hwy. Macon, GA 31201, became final.

The Notice provided that the Department intended to revoke Shalonne Freeman’s mortgage loan originator license on the grounds that she was in violation of a final order of the Department.

Pursuant to state law, the Department may revoke the license of a mortgage loan originator for violation of a final order previously issued by the Department.
