Carter’s Lewis represents Outback Steakhouse in lease expansion of international headquarters
Dale Lewis of Carter, the Southeast’s oldest and largest privately held full-service commercial real estate firm celebrating 50 years of service excellence in 2008, recently assisted OSI Restaurant Partners Inc. in the lease expansion of its international headquarters in Atlanta. OSI is the parent company of Outback Steakhouse, Carraba’s, Flemings, Bonefish and others.
“OSI will now be occupying a full floor of office space, expanding to 11,126 square feet, with seven years left on the initial lease” stated Dale Lewis, a vice president of transaction services at Carter.
OSI’s initial deal term was for 11 years at 3390 Peachtree Road, in Lenox Towers in Buckhead, utilizing 6,537 square feet. The build-out is under way and is expected to be completed in the coming weeks.
