Lee & Associates Inks Leases for Prologis’ Atlanta Portfolio Totaling Over $5 Million
Torrance, CA – March 25, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — Lee & Associates, the nation’s largest broker-owned commercial real estate services firm in the country, was selected in 2012 as exclusive agent to market select Northeast Atlanta industrial properties for Prologis, the globe’s largest owner, operator and developer of industrial real estate. Craig Viergever SIOR, Tommy Hiles SIOR, and Tyler Flemming handled the portfolio on behalf of Prologis.
The Lee Atlanta team is pleased to announce that they consummated over 360,000+ square feet of transactions valued over $5 million since being awarded the assignment in 2012. Over 75 percent of the vacancy has been leased in less than 12 months by the Lee & Associates’ Atlanta team.
Some of the most notable leases include: Builders Specialties, Inc., who leased 151,644 square feet at 6340 Best Friend Road in Norcross, Ga.; Bulldog Movers, Inc. leased 54,962 square feet at 4194 NE Expressway in Doraville, Ga.; and Star Beauty & Distribution leasing 50,400 square feet at 2500 Weaver Way in Doraville, Ga.
