Torrance, CA – September 20, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — Lee & Associates, the nation’s largest broker-owned commercial real estate services firm, brokered the lease of a 106,531-square-foot single tenant industrial building at 6300 Atlantic Boulevard, Norcross, Ga.

The lessee, Panolam Industries was represented by Craig S. Viergever SIOR and Trip Ackerman of Lee & Associates. Chet Koenig of Avison Young represented the lessor.
