Inventory Supply: Atlanta MSA housing inventory totaled 24,814 units in July, an increase of 1.84% from July 2014. New listings totaled 11,162, up 11.42% from July 2014 and up 0.15% from the previous month. The months of inventory supply is 4.08 months.
Sales Activity: July residential sales were at 7,952, an increase of 17.13% from the previous year.
Average/Median Sales Price: The median sales price in July was $197,900, an increase of 6.97% from July 2014. The average sales price was $253,592, up 5.88% from the previous year.
