Judy joins Prudential from Hedgewood Realty and has 24 years real estate sales experience.
A Cherokee County resident, she specializes in residential real estate, REO properties, new construction and first-time home buyers in Cobb and Cherokee counties. Professionally, Judy is a member of the Cobb Association of Realtors, where she is a life member of the Board’s Million Dollar Club (MDC) for high annual sales performance and has earned the board’s prestigious Phoenix Award for at least 10 years’ membership in the MDC. Judy Dougherty is also a member of the Georgia Association of Realtors, the Cobb chapter of the Women’s Council of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. In addition to her real estate license, she has earned several continuing education real estate designations to better serve her clients in this changing market.
