Kim Perez completedthe 90-hour curriculum required to achieve the highly acclaimed designation byattending an intensive series of instruction covering a variety of subjectsincluding contract law, professional standards, sales and marketing, finance,and risk reduction.
With thisdesignation and through increased awareness of current topics important to thereal estate professional, such as legal issues, Kim can better serveprospective clients and customers.
