Lee & Associates Promotes Six Associates to Principal
Atlanta, GA – September 30, 2010 – (RealEstateRama) — T. Richard Bryant, president of Lee & Associates’ Atlanta office, has named six new principals of Lee & Associates.
“We are honoring our top brokers for their hard work and success by naming them principals of the firm,” Bryant said. “This has been a challenging market and we are proud to have some of the hardest working brokers in our industry.”
The newly named principals include John R. Maddox, Jr., senior director; Michael Sutter, director; Doug Brown, associate; Tyler Flemming, associate; Scott Prather, associate; and Taylor Smith, associate.
Principals have a venture in the firm by participating in profit sharing. It is the firm’s belief that profit sharing provides an important means of increasing loyalty by tying the employee compensation to company performance, thus offering an additional incentive for continued individual and company success.
Said Bryant: “Our objective is for all members of the firm to be in a position to participate in the profits of the company. The brokers are able to share in the profits during good times without obligating them to do so during demanding years.”
