However, Benita is still based in Atlanta’s Kirkwood area, where the old Bo Bridgeport Brokers location at 2033 Hosea L. Williams Drive serves as a satellite office. The 40-agent boutique real estate agency recently merged with Prudential Georgia Realty.

A Georgia native from Fitzgerald, Benita formed Bo Bridgeport Brokers in 1997 and built the company to have a solid reputation for renovating historic homes, residential real estate sales, and marketing new home communities in such Atlanta neighborhoods as Grant Park, East Atlanta, Kirkwood, East Lake, Candler Park and Edgewood. Professionally, Benita is a member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors, where she is a life member of the Board’s Million Dollar Club for high annual sales performance, the Georgia Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

An Atlanta resident in the Kirkwood area, Benita Carswell is also a local graduate of Georgia State University. In addition to her Georgia real estate license and being an associate broker, Benita is a licensed real estate broker in Florida.
